El-Sabban | Kashf

El-Sabban Kashf is a direct-press Viognier from high-altitude vineyards in Deir al-Aasha’ir, Bekaa Valley (1,250 m). Practicing organic, dry-farmed fruit is fermented and aged in stainless steel, bottled unfined and unfiltered for a pure, mineral expression of the grape.

El-Sabban is a nomadic, négociant-style Lebanese project crafting natural, terroir-driven wines in collaboration with local cellars across Lebanon.
