Elevate Pinot Noir from Mersel is a natural, high-altitude single-varietal red crafted in the Bekaa Valley. Made from 100% organically farmed Pinot Noir, it's half whole-berry, half crushed fermented, aged for a year in Lebanese amphora, and finished in bottle for another—creating a harmonious and mineral-driven expression of terroir.
About the Producer:
Mersel Wine is a forward-thinking Lebanese estate dedicated to organic, additive-free winemaking. With vineyards planted at 1,800 m elevation in Ainata, Bekaa Valley, they cultivate low yields (~5 hL/ha) on 20-year-old vines, embracing natural fermentation and amphora aging.
