Crafted by Fred Abi Khalil and Jess Kandalaft in Ain Jouaiya, Lebanon, Arak Farid is a tribute to traditional small-batch arak distillation. Using copper stills and locally sourced grapes and aniseed, their expressions blend authenticity with innovation.

Tasting Notes:
Fresh herbal aromas of za’atar and oregano on the nose. On the palate, earthy thyme blends seamlessly with smooth aniseed, creating a refreshing, savory, and slightly spicy finish.
