Elmir is the quest of Noel, Chris, and Marc for crafting enjoyable and respectable ales and lagers. In 2016, and for two long years, they experimented with brewing and fermentation until Elmir was launched in the market in November 2018. Since then, emir has grown tremendously to become the leading Lebanese craft beer in bars and pubs.

Tasting Notes

Aleph is the first letter of the Phoenician alphabet and our first Lebanese Terroir beer. This Specialty ale was brewed with Carob molasses from Mount Lebanon.

A medium full ale with a rich aroma of red fruits, sustained by clove scents. Its bouquet is complemented by a sweet nutty flavor with an after taste of dark chocolate and warm alcohol notes.
