Clear golden yellow with aromas of pungent vanilla pods, dried apricot, passion fruit with mocha coffee, toasted coconut, tobacco, nougat, and almond. A medium-bodied rum with complex flavours of kumquat, passion fruit, light muscovado sugar, grilled pineapple with hints of black pepper and eucalyptus.
