Description

The creation of master blender Alex Thomas, The Sexton Single Malt Irish whisky is made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. After, the liquid is aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks imparting a rich and fruity character. It comes in a rather eye-catching hexagonal bottle, too.

Tasting's Notes

Dried fruit followed by honeycomb sweetness, apricots, lemon zest, prunes and oak spice.
