Winemaker's Notes

Brilliant purple colour, Delicate nose of violet, crushed raspberry and hints of moss and smokiness. Juicy, slightly spicy, this wine is more of a French Syrah than an Australian Shiraz; dry, mineral, the palate develops smoky notes surrounded by clove and nutmeg aromas.

Serving Tips

We recommend serving red wines at 16-18°C - (60-65°F). This can be achieved by opening the wine and putting it into the fridge 15 min before serving it.
