Winemaker's Notes

Clear light pink with little bubbles mousse. Primary aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus. Secondary aromas of a toasted bakery. Semi-sweet, round and pleasant, medium acidity, medium body abundant bubbles. Perfect to put on ice with slices of strawberries, mint.
