Founded in 1846, Caol Ila is an emblematic distillery of the Isle of Islay known for its strongly smoked and iodized malts, with astonishing versatility, adapting to all types of barrels. This young version is no exception to the rule and will appeal to lovers of peated whiskey with its rich, oily and ashy profile.

Fresh, herbal. Rubbed peppermint leaves, stemmy, damp grass, smoky. Oily, cigar leaves, smoked ham, hickory. Lemon peels at the harbour.
