Winemakers often rely on indigenous yeast to catalyse natural fermentation, avoiding the use of any chemicals, additives or sulphites.

this is a beautifully made Natural Sparkling Wine/ Pet Nat with deep minerality and soft but pronounced fruit salad aromas. Partida wines can at times air on the side of funky but this one's clean, elegant and beautifully crafted.
