Martin Miller's Gin | 9 Moons

Here we have the Solera Reserve edition of Martin Miller's 9 Moons gin. Whereas the original expression is matured in bourbon casks, this bottling spent its nine moons (or in layman's terms, months) in a French oak solera cask over in Iceland.

Tasting Notes
A scattering of oak spice supported by hints of chocolate orange and peppery juniper, leading into a drizzle of caramel and baking spice on the finish.
