About the Producer:
Heya Wines is a female-led venture founded in 2022 by winemakers Claudine Lteif and Michelle Chami. Based in northern Bekaa, they oversee every step from vine to bottle—labeling, packing, and all—emphasizing organic farming, minimal intervention, and equal pay for local women workers ().
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Pale salmon pink with a subtle haze.
Aroma: Red berry notes—strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry—lifted by fresh florals and a hint of citrus zest.
Palate: Light-bodied and crisp, with juicy red fruit, refreshing acidity, and a gentle savory/mineral undertone. Finishes clean and harmonious.
