An independently bottled Fijian pot still rum made from molasses and brimming with exotic fruit. It spent the majority of its time maturing in Fiji, helping to create an intense tropical character which it shares with 2017’s wild 2009 vintage bottling.
Tasting Notes
Robust and fiery. Herbaceous, spicy (ginger, cinnamon). Finish: Long and mentholated. Apricot, pine resin, star anise.
