González Byass Nectar Pedro Ximénez Dulce is a sumptuous fortified sherry from the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry region, crafted entirely from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes and aged for around nine years in American oak solera systems.

About the Producer:
Founded in 1835, González Byass is one of Jerez’s most iconic cellars, renowned for classic sherry styles. Nectar PX showcases their mastery of traditional solera aging and dedication to producing rich, long-lived dessert wines.

Grape/Variety:
100% Pedro Ximénez

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep ebony mahogany with intense legs.
Aroma: Inviting notes of raisin, fig, prune, dates, honey, molasses, and espresso, layered with toasted nuts and Christmas pudding spice.
Palate: Lusciously sweet, velvety, and unctuous, with flavors of blackstrap molasses, mocha, caramel, and dried fruit. Bright acidity balances the sweetness, leading to a long, warming finish.
