Fairgrounds are such odd places as they’re both child-like and nostalgic but also slightly seedy and decrepit. The smell of fairgrounds carries these contradictions - sugar with machinery and dirt. All captured in this gin’s aromas.

The view from a happy muncher feasting on popcorn, toffee-apple and candyfloss. Gathering speed on the roller coaster, we can see some familiar faces having a great time as the sun sets over the fair.

Tasting Notes
The palate is Smooth, oily mouthfeel, citrus, cocoa and sweetness. Herbaceous, grassy, oily smoke and cardamom.
