Tasting Notes
The spirit is small batch double distilled in alembic pot stills and matured in French oak barrels. The aged tequila is then blended with extra anejo tequila before bottling. The aroma leads with roasted agave, oak, citrus, and vanilla. Additional time in the glass brings out vanilla cupcake, and pecans, with a floral backing. The sweet agave, vanilla, and caramel entry is joined by citrus and oak building to a vanilla glazed cinnamon cookie peak. It fades with vanilla, citrus, and roasted agave. The finish leaves vanilla, French oak, cinnamon pecans, caramel, and orange taste.
