About the Producer:
El-Sabban is the nomadic, natural-leaning project of winemaker Rami Bassil El-Sabban. Working across Lebanon with like-minded cellars, he focuses on organic fruit, gentle extractions, and unfined, unfiltered bottlings.

Appearance: Medium ruby, light-to-medium body.
Aroma: Bright red berries (currant, pomegranate) with citrus zest, herbal notes of thyme, and a savory hint of black olive.
