Winemaker's Notes

Deep garnet color with some orange reflection. Spicy candied violet, cinnamon and clove, smoky notes ripe raspberry and black plum. Fresh and juicy, with notes of toasty oak and licorice, coffee and cacao seeds, with supple tannins and a long savory finish.

Serving Tips

We recommend serving red wines at 16-18°C - (60-65°F). This can be achieved by opening the wine and putting it into the fridge 15 min before serving it.
