Carakale's hops are Laden with hop oils and rich in carbonation, a base of pilsner, Vienna, and wheat malts with an added touch of Jordanian flaked oatmeal , and wheat. fermented with Voss Kveik.

Clocking in at 6.5% ABV, this NE IPA is built upon a step-mashed base of pilsner, Vienna and wheat malts with an added touch of oatmeal and wild Mediterranean Barley harvested from below the Brewery.  It is fermented with Voss Kveik, a Norwegian farmhouse strain of yeast that adds subtle orange citrus notes that pairs well with the fruity flavor of Taiheke hops.
