Saint George Marselan Wine Maker Selection
Brilliant purplish color with ruby hints. Candied raspberry and slightly spicy plum, the primary aromas show a fruity nose of wild berries with hints of dry herbs. The tertiary ones show pleasant oakiness with touch of vanilla, black pepper and nutmeg. Velvety texture and supple tannins. This wine is fresh, medium bodied, with a well-balanced acidity and juiciness. The final is soft, medium to long, with a mouth-watering aftertaste.
Country & Region
With its soft and delicates spices, it is a wine to pair with Asian dishes (not too hot!) and char-grilled meats.
We recommend serving red wines at 16-18°C - (60-65°F). This can be achieved by opening the wine and putting it into the fridge 15 min before serving it.
