A reposado that doesn't simply tread the safe, middle ground between Blanco andAnejo that so many are prone to do - Pasote Reposado is a real treat. Made in Felipe Camarena's distillery, El Pandillo, it's proof this style can possess depth and character. The Pasote trademark rainwater element is obvious, as is the ripe, blue weber agave. Reposado translates to 'rested' in English, and this edition maintains that classic style, aged for just six months in American oak bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes
Cooked agave, peach and vanilla bring natural sweetness, with licorice and hints of grapefruit bringing that sweetness a tart edge.
