Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Vibrant, juicy rosé with a light pink hue.
Aroma: Aromatic and complex with notes of dried apricot, orange peel, and tropical fruits.
Palate: Flavors of candied citrus, ripe peach, and a hint of ginger, balanced by refreshing acidity and a slight tannic grip.

Terroir:
Grapes sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards across 7 limestone hillsides in Alsace, France, providing excellent conditions for ripening and flavor development.

Vinification:
Hand-harvested grapes undergo 6 months of maceration in 2022, followed by another 8 days in 2023. Lightly filtered and aged in wooden vats. No sulfur added.

Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with seafood dishes like grilled octopus and shrimp ceviche, as well as vegetarian dishes like roasted root vegetables and creamy risottos. Also complements aged cheeses and charcuterie boards.

For optimal preservation: Store at around 10°C (50°F) away from light. Serve chilled at approximately 8°C to 10°C (46°F to 50°F) for best flavor expression.
