Arak Alraah is a small-batch, triple distilled, traditional arak, crafted from purified grape alcohol and blended with the finest organic green aniseed. The arak is first distilled using a small alembic pot still, then it is aged for at least 12 months in porous baked clay jars, which have been handmade in the mountain village of Beit Chabab for the last 2,000 years. The result is a distinctive and sumptuous flavor that we like to call ALRAAH
1-Mix 1/3 of ARAK ALRAAH with 2/3 of water. Make sure the Arak is added first.
2-Add ice cubes.
3-Garnish with a mint leaf.
Note: Place the leaf on one palm and gently smack it with the other, this warms up the mint and releases some of its essential oils for a more flavorful aroma in your glass of arak.
