Winemaker's Notes
A wine of a deep purple colour, this powerful Tannat has an elegant nose, with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, black plums, tobacco and black chocolate on a spice-flavoured range. It is a full-bodied wine with a juicy and fresh mouth, pleasant sensation and a long and vibrant finish.

Food Pairing
Regional dishes such as local lamb. Cured cheeses like Parmesan or a duck cassoulet showcase the wine’s spicy notes. It pairs perfectly with traditional French cuisine.
Serving Tips
We recommend serving red wines at 10-12°C (50-55°F). This can be achieved by opening the wine once removed from the fridge.
