The first of three Île de Ré releases from Camus, making the most of this island near La Rochelle that lies within the Cognac appellation. It's matured in lightly toasted casks within a damp cellar for a unique profile.
Tasting Notes
Aged in lightly toasted oak barrels this Cognac has a sweet and fruity flavour profile, with aromas of caramel, peaches and mint on the nose. The palate holds notes of apricots, strawberries and oak, with a salty seaside element throughout.
