Carakale | Pale Ale

Pale Ale is a stronger version of an Extra Special Bitter ale. Brassy in color and medium-bodied, our Pale Ale is a balanced interplay between malt backbone and hop bitterness. A combination of base malt, crystal, Munich, and Vienna malts lend notes of bread, biscuit, and light caramel. The malt aromas and flavors find their counterpoint in the English hop varieties used to bitter and flavor the beer. UK Challenger adds smooth floral, light citrus and spice characteristics while East Kent Goldings yields floral, spicy and earthy flavors/aromas.
