Citadelle Gin | Réserve

A unique aged French gin produced in very small quantities in Château de Bonbonnet by the cellar master of Cognac Ferrand. Citadelle Gin Reserve is also matured for 6 months in old oak casks.

Tasting Notes
A beautiful pale gold, Citadelle Gin Réserve retains the aromatic palette and the crisp vividness of Citadelle Gin and is enriched with a soft fullness. Extremely delicate until the end. The fresh and spicy aroma of juniper, citrus and star anise are always very present to the scent as well as the taste. It is revealed progressively with subtle and delicate flavours of vanilla, flowers, cinnamon and wood.
