This is a blend of the four Clairins from the four communes of Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon and St Michel de l’Attalaye. It is produced naturally with no herbicides or pesticides, and fermented using natural yeasts in small Alembic stills.
This is as pure a rum as you can get. It has an incredible perfume with notes of pear tree blossom, fresh sugar cane juice and almonds. The palate is seductive and vibrant with pear, nectarine and a hint of white pepper and green chillies.
