Winemaker's Notes
Pale yellow with fluorescent, lime-colored tints. Balsamic and tropical fruit scents of lime, pineapple, and lychee on the nose. Very fresh, fleshy taste profile with a beautiful structure. Very focused mid-palate and finish.

Food Pairing
Best enjoyed in its youth either by itself or as a wonderful partner with smoked meats, mild to medium-strong cheeses, and seafood (especially crab, prawns, raw and marinated fish). It’s also a delicious wine to pair with Asian food and sushis and a surprising partner with goat cheese.
Serving Tips
We recommend serving white wines at 10-12°C (50-54°F). This can be achieved by storing the wine in the fridge. Take it out and open it 15 min before serving it.
