Dictador | Distillery Icon Reserve Aged 20 Years
Aged in a Solera system for between 14 and 24 years, this delicious Colombian rum was made by the Dictador company. It is brought down to bottling strength with demineralised water slowly - drop by drop - over a period of 28 days.
Tasting's Notes
The nose has lovely hints of oak and morello cherry. Orange blossom honey, dried cranberries and hints of smoke. The palate is complex with flavors of Cigar leaves, Demerara sugar, manuka honey, cooked fruit and pepper.
