Tasting Notes
Ruby red in the glass, the nose has aromas of liquorice and ripe red fruits interspersed with sweet roasted notes. The palate is fresh and marked by flavours of ripe red fruit, liquorice, citrus, vanilla and coconut. The finish is long and intense and marked by mature and elegant tannins.

Continental Mediterranean with an average temperature 12.8c.

Viticulture
Organic farming.

Vinification:

  • Manual harvested.
  • Fermentation in stainless steel tank.
  • Controlled ferment for 9-12 days never exceeding 29c.
  • Aged for 24 months in French and American oak.
