A great 12 year old Demerara rum that uses nine stills at the distillery, and this is based around coffey still rum, and double wooden pot still rum.

The nose has lovely aromas of Sweet toffee, vanilla, spices, oak and hints of smoke.. The palate is smooth with flavors of Cocoa, caramel, prunes, spices, vanilla.
