They call it the 'Baby Bourbon' and they are right. The name is apt in many ways - firstly the bottle is tiny, Secondly the age of the bourbon, which is apparently only between 3-4 months and, thirdly, they don't use the standard size barrels to age the bourbon, instead much smaller, 2-3 gallon ones.

Notes of corn, vanilla, raisins, creamy but very delicate and with mint hints on the nose. The palate has flavors of corn, popcorn, warm, spicy notes with wood, ginger, nuts, and chocolate hints on the finish.
