The Macallan | Double Cask 15 Years Old
Another stellar addition to the double cask range from Macallan. It's a 15-Year-old expression, that spent its years in a combination of American & European Oak both of which were seasoned with Oloroso Sherry.
Tasting's Notes
Aromas of butterscotch, plump raisins, spiced apple crumble, and oak spice. The palate has distinctive notes of dried fruits, a dusting of cinnamon, candied ginger, and orange peel with a persisting finish of warming ginger feel and buttery caramel.
