Mersel Elevate Merwah Direct Press (2023) is a pure expression of indigenous Merwah grapes grown at high elevation in Dimane, Lebanon (1,900 m). Organically farmed and cold-pressed, the juice is fermented and aged for 6 months in Georgian qvevri, then bottled after a year—unfiltered and unfined—for a naturally textured and mineral-driven still white wine.
