The Octave Premium Highland Park 2006 (Bottled Exclusively for Fyxx - Limited Quantities)

Independently bottled single malt from Orkney's awesome Highland Park Distillery, released by Duncan Taylor for The Octave range. This one was distilled in 2006 and matured for 15 years, including five months in an octave cask.

Roasted almonds, honeycomb, smoky peppercorns, a hint of liquorice.
