Natural wine has no uniform definition. It is a general term used to describe artisanal wine made using organically and/or biodynamically hand-picked grapes which are vinified with little or no intervention. Winemakers often rely on indigenous yeast to catalyse natural fermentation, avoiding the use of any chemicals, additives or sulphites.
The result is wine which is alive, energetic, vibrant and unexpected – a welcomed contrast to the industrial practices of the wine industry.

A unique Sardinian offering, skin-contact Vermentino with an oxidative kick. All naturally fermented and left on skins the wine is bold and so very expressive. Full of minerality, and very savoury.

Axina "E" Ixinau is a powerful and structured red wine that comes from a blend of local grapes. The name in the local dialect "Nurri" literally means "neighborhood grapes" to indicate that the grapes used to produce it are conferred by its neighbors in fact, for some years Gianfranco Manca has been trying to involve the vineyard neighbors in agricultural practices closer to his idea A wine that fully reflects the idea of Gianfranco Manca, where the "energy of man" is the main component in wine.
