A really floral Rkatsiteli. Orange in colour, dense and cloudy, aromas of tangerine and passionfruit, texture and spice from skin contact and lees-ageing.

Tasting Notes
This wine shows dried thyme and chrysanthemum petals, over a delicately-textured palate. Flavors of dried apricots and blossoms and assam tea tannins on the finish. Phesant's Tears is always a phenomenal buy and go-to. It is very much a living wine that’s best drunk in a single session
