Miyako, in Japanese, means capital. This Saké produced by Kizakura, a historic manufacturer in the region south of Kyoto, was produced expressly for the European market. The excellent value for money makes it a truly competitive sake on the Italian market.
Tasting Notes
The slightly higher alcohol content and its soft texture make it perfect for Western palates and when paired with food. Not only traditional Japanese cuisine, but also local cheeses and meats.
