Winemaker's Notes
Deep ruby red, with intense aromas of fresh red fruit with dark berry undertones, intermingled with subtle notes of oak, coffee, liquorice, & thyme that is perfectly integrated into the wine. On the palate, it has good acidity with a concentrated palate that achieves a good balance between the alcohol level, sweetness and tannins. Smooth texture and a long finish.
