It’s a blend of grapes, mainly Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Auxerrois. 

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: fine perlage with a clear appearance. Aroma: good aromatic complexity enriched by notes of fresh fruit and white flowers. Palate: Fruity and mineral with excellent acidity and freshness. 

Terroir:

Grapes are grown on loamy, limestone soils from 40 year old vines managed biodynamically. 

Vinification:

The wine is produced using the classic method: refermentation in the bottle followed by disgorgement without any added sugar. It ages on lees for approximately 16 months before disgorgement. 

Food pairing:

This Crémant pairs well with white meat dishes or fish. For optimal preservation: Store at around 10°C (50°F) away from light. 

Serve chilled at approximately 6°C to 8°C (43°F to 46°F) for best flavor expression.
