Compass Box is an independent bottler and blender that was launched in 2000 by John Glaser. After working for a large distiller for several years, John sought to approach Scotch whisky differently, with the aim of bringing it to a wider audience. Based on the model of a Scotch whisky blending house, Compass Box takes advantage of the wide spectrum of flavor and style within the Scotch whisky category, helping to ensure that their blends continue to evolve and surprise today’s spirits enthusiasts.
Tasting Notes
Soft, full and fruity on the palate, with flavours of baked apple, vanilla, spices and toasted oak. The combination of flavourful single malt whiskies and delicate single grain whiskies produces one of the most invigorating and pleasurable styles of Scotch whisky.
