Winemaker's Notes
Deep and intense red. Aromas of blue fruits such as blueberries, cassis, and blackberries, and floral notes are the result of the cold year. The subtle calcareous notes add complexity. The season-low temperatures gave very good natural acidity and excellent balance with alcohol. Good tannin volume. Compact and intense wine.

Serving Tips
We recommend serving red wines at 16-18°C (60-64°F). This can be achieved by opening the wine and putting it into the fridge 15 min before serving it.
